Knowing that some of his senior staff was incapacitated and some of the departments were struggling with injuries, Rojac made his way to sickbay to see how things were panning out. He was glad to see that the CMO's treatment was working. Better yet Jardan would live and Miss Hopeler had already been released and was recovering in her quarters. He'd been directed to where Athena was and was going to make his own judgements about her.
She had jumped up after the last offending prod and wasn't sure she wanted to stay here just that second. "I'll come back later, " she tried instead and turned to leave but....
She hit something warm and solid. She took a step forward and looked over her shoulder. She gave a warm bright smile, that seemed very normal, "Well, hello there big fella?" {Hhmmm... that was a bit breathier than I would have liked ... hope its not too much... but I just have to use him as he seems to carry some authority ... I just have to get him to get me out of here and then I'll slip away from him easy breezey... no problem.} She gave him a wink and said, "I'm a bit thirsty..." she laid her hands on his shoulder saying, " how about we go and get a drink?"
Cropa stood there unmoving and his brows furrowed a bit at his counselor's odd behavior ... well odd for a woman engaged to another man.
She noticed the ring on her finger. {Oh, that's a pretty ring .. I wonder.... it sort of makes me feel safe and warm and Loved.... that's not right....... a ring can't make you feel those things ... can it?} She looked up into the face of the man before her and all seemed to go a bit fuzzy.
