" Excellent." Theodore said " Lets try one more shall we?"
he asked, his voice over the intercom sounding more than
satisfied.

"Sure." Jade said taking a few seconds to get relaxed again
but glad to here the excitement and satisfaction that he was
getting which meant that the results must be what he was
hoping for. But she decided to push those and all the other
thoughts out of her head mainly to get that feeling that she
got everyone a test started an idea that wasn't hers but
still pops into her head.
Theodore selected a final picture but this time it would be
more difficult. After a moment or two he turned his
attention to the screen and watched the activity there.
"I'm seeing a sail boat passing under the bridge at SF
Academy but there's something different about that boat
there's no sound of an engine and it's like its using the
wind to power its self." Jade said sounding very fascinated
with the idea she knew of these types of boats but has never
seen one so viscidly before.
Theodore appeared in the doorway.
" Thats it." he said, smiling to her. " I need to do the
full analysis of course but I can tell you now what the
reason for your headaches is likely to be."
All Jade could do was grin mainly because there was answers
and not just questions not just about her headaches but also
they might be able to tell her more about her father. "So
what is causing the headaches?" Jade asked hoping that she
didn't sound pushy again but she was excited to find out.
Theodore strolled into the room looking thoughtfully at the
floor as though he was choosing his words carefully.
"What the inital results show is exactly what Dr Summers
and I had expected. You seem...for some reason that is as
yet unclear...to be developing a telepathic ability.
As yet, you are not able to process it but I think the most
reasonable way to explain it is to say you were experiencing
'white noise'
Your mind was struggling to work out the sudden overload of
information.... basically it couldnt and
so...headaches...simple as that." He smiled to her.
Jade nodded she understood the white noise example but what
she didn't understand was why now, "but why is it appearing
now and not when I was a child or earlier in my adult life?"
Jade asked sounding confused not scared any more, "also will
I have to deal with this white noise all the time for the
rest of my life?" She asked sounding more concerned.
Theodore leaned against the console.
"|As i said, we dont know yet exactly why its happeneing but
the analysis should tell us a little more. As for the white
noise...no, you wont have to deal with it in the way it is
at the moment. Its lik learning any type of skill...it can
be confusing at first and seem impossible but in time you
should be able to control it...at least I hope so." Again he
gave a reassuring smile.
" I have a suggestion.." he offered.
