"How many ships", First Lieutenant Castillo said somewhat surprised.

"At least eleven..maybe more", Master Chief Heath Johnson replied.

The security offices were ablaze with activity.  People running back and forth, left and right.  It was a bit overwhelming for Charly, who had never expected to be placed in the position he was now in.

Castillo turned abruptly, "OK, then, just keep following the standard protocols that you would follow in an event like this", he said as he began walking away towards the armoury.

"Aye", Johnson said rolling his eyes, equally surprised that Castillo was in the position he was now in.

Once inside the the armoury Castillo grabbed a phaser and placed it at his side.  He then headed out of the security area and began making his way towards Sick Bay.  The hallways were just as busy as the security offices, the red alert beacon flashing steadily reminding everyone how serious the situation was.  He stepped into the turbolift and moments later the doors opened revealing Deck Eleven. Marching down the hallway he finally came to his destination.

"Excuse me Nurse", Charly said, waving towards what seemed to be the only man in the room.

Scott, engaged in making a report, looked up at the sound of the voice to see a man in the doorway trying to attract attention. Scott swivelled his chair away from the desk and stood up, his CMO designation now plainly visible. " Can I help you?" he enquired.

"Ahhh, the Supervisor here", Castillo began.  "Yes, actually you are the one I came to see.  As you should know we are at red alert and will be engaging in battle soon, we also have two away teams out at the moment.  As you may not know I am acting Chief of Security while Major Cortez is away, which means I'm the one who gets to bother you about details.  In Short Lieutenant, I wanted to ask your help in setting up a sort of triage unit besides sickbay, as we may incur more casualty's than can be handled in here.  Also, you'll find that several of the security staff are trained in basic medical procedures should you need some extra hands".

Charly stopped and was his custom sort of arched his head to the side and looked at Scott as if he was a child.

A short pause followed this statement in which Scott took the opportunity to glance back at his desk and the work upon it. By the time he looked back at his visitor, the slight smile of wry amusement had gone from his expression.

"Well thank you for telling me that." he replied "...I'd noticed the red Alert and I'm well aware of the protocols for just such a situation as this one. My teams are prepared to set up triage anywhere on this ship. Where exactly do you suggest?"

"Good", Castillo responded.  "I would suggest in the event its needed using either a holodeck or a cargo area.  But I'll leave that for you to decide",  He paused.  "Is there anything you need from security?", he added.

"Nothing that springs to mind." Scott answered. " I'll utilize Deck three, holodeck one.I can have everything up and running within thirty minutes."

Charly nodded his head.  "Thank you for your time", he added and then turned to leave.

" Hey.." Scott said, stopping Charly in his tracks. " It would be good to know who we're speaking to wouldn't it? Scott fisher..CMO" He held out his hand.

"Charly", the Lieutenant replied also holding out his arm for the customary handshake.

Scott  sat down and gathered his thought to resume his original work thinking that although he had been called many things in the past, supervisor hadn't been one of them.

As Castillo moved down the corridor he decided to check on Engineering next.
