Mnemosyme was up early and part way through her normal regiment of warm up calisthenics, a run and then cool down calisthenics. This morning, however, she adjusted her routine to include an extra 28 minutes. She had finished up her run and was most of the way through her cool down routine when a corporal walked up to her and began repeating her movements as if he was a part of her daily ritual too.
"Hi, how's it going," he asked cheerily.
Nym just nodded and continued.
"Do you do this everyday?"
Nym rolled her eyes as she did a toe touch that had her looking at the mat she was exercising on. She gave a small shrug as she continued with the next stretch and lean to the right bending a bit at the waist.
He went on to the next question, "You have great form when you run. Do you have other rituals that I could help you with?"
{I wish I was wearing my phaser and could stun you at the moment} she thought but shook her head instead as she stretched to the left this time.
"Do any weight training? Have a special high powered breakfast?"
She just tried totally ignoring his last couple of questions as she finished up her last exercise. When she finished and was beginning to walk away the corporal asked his last question, "Are you always so silent?"
"I don't talk during my workout," she quipped before hitting the showers.

Mnemosyme was looking over Mr. Snacdok's chart, the report filed by Commander Wellington and the security report. {Funny with what's here I probably would have chosen delusional. I can't imagine anyone running through the arboretum yelling, "I'm The Rattler and I will snake out all the evil plots.... I know who you are. At least the commander didn't miss the part where he's a danger to himself and others.} She observed how the patient was doing but didn't expect it to be much different yet as it had only been about 36 hours since he was given his first dose of medication. {I hate rounds...... and I hate Jacobs for assigning them to me.}
Nym noted that Mr. Snacdok was no longer agitated. On the chart she wrote remove restrains, keep under lock down and continue current medication regiment. She moved on to the next and the next until, she had completed the boring task.
