Cortez was at the back, Castillo had point and Williams was behind
him. As they moved through the vent Castillo came to a halt and a
message came relayed back. Castillo proposed that Cortez take Williams
around and into the cargo transporter area whilst Castillo would go
and create a diversion outside of the room to draw attention away from
the other two.

It was textbook, but luckily the guards watching over the cargo had no
idea they were coming, which would undoubtedly work in their favour.
Cortez passed his approval down the line, after all he had the final
say in such matters. Once they were good to go Castillo carried on and
Cortez and Williams continued on an alternate route around the bay and
hopefully to a Control Center where they might actually be able to
lower the shields and have their weapons beamed onto the Chimera.

They moved quickly but with caution, vents like this had a tendency
to make noise and give away your position to anyone who happened to be
passing by below. As they came around they found themselves looking
down on the staff who were in the transporter room. Two clerks and a
couple of soldiers.

Cortez held his breath as he waited. "Come on Lieutenant." he mussed,
waiting for Castillos diversion, and soon enough it came, as he
thought he heard a vent collapse out in the main hall and he could
only hope that Charly hadn't just killed himself.

Soon enough the sound of yelling filled Cortez's ears and everyone bar
the two clerks piled out of the room. He waited a moment for the door
to close before he took out a laser torch and began to cut away
quietly at the holdings on the vent hatch. Once they were cut he held
the mesh in his hands so it didn't fall and used his hands to signal
to Williams to drop down and take out the first clerk.

Two seconds later he lifted the hatch again and dropped down. Almost
as soon as he had landed the second clerk tried to jump towards an
alarm button but wasn't quick enough and after a little bit of
grappling was quickly tied up with the first.

"Alright" Cortez said and walked to the transporter controls. "We
don't have long, according to this", he said taping away at buttons,
"our crates are located here", he continued on.

He took out his tricorder and placed it atop of the console, starting
an interface. Once it was set up he was amazed at the lack of
restrictive protocols set up, but then he figured that was arrogance
on the Mumacik's part, assuming nobody would make their way past the
defenses.

Scratching his head he realized an extra crate was mixed in with his
15, "not enough time to isolate them all", he muttered and had the
entire 16 crates including the extra beamed onboard the Chimera where
a few men were waiting for it.

Thankfully nobody had come into the room yet, and becoming
increasingly aware of the time he folded up his tricorder and stepped
towards the door with Williams. As it opened he looked down the hall
and saw Castillo being handcuffed by a group of station security. He
was howling something about rank and the dirt on his sleeve, which
made Richard chuckle. "Guess he miscalculated the room" Williams
uttered under his breath.

Nodding, Cortez touched the badge on his chest, "Three to beam out",
he said and just as quickly, all three men, including Castillo were
beamed off the station and back onto the Chimera.

Cortez quickly headed away from the transporter room and straight
towards the security offices and the armory. Upon arriving he was
quickly approached by one of his men, "Sir, all 15 crates are
accounted for and are currently being unloaded", Richard nodded, "But
we seem to have an extra crate sir".

Cortez already knew this, "Yes I know, just beam it back onto the station".

"You might want to hear this first", the Sergent stated. Cortez
nodded his approval.

"Records are showing that it belongs to a Major General Richard
Sharpe. It contains some old weapons, looks likes personal effects".

Cortez stopped. "Oh shit", he muttered. "Well then", he suddenly
smiled, "Have it beamed into the Good Generals quarters", he paused,
"Attach a note, 'A little gift from the Chimera - Cortez'."

"Yes sir".

"We may need a little rank in our corner if all this goes to hell",
the Major continued.
