[USS Chimera] SD 240810.29 Duty Log Ensign Tom Jardan (DSEC) part one

***Security Tactical Office, Deck 4***   [Intruder Alert] came the alarm as Tommy was staring at the screens. He immediately saw that the targets were engineering and the impulse drive areas. He issued orders to the teams to immediately return fire and hoped for the best. "They look to be trying to disable the ship.Divert some of the other teams to go back up the teams defending those areas!" The orders came from Capt. Joeleco as she ran out of the office. Tommy opened up a comm channel on his board.+Teams 3, 7 and 10 move to engineering. Teams 5 and 6, I need you guys to go to the impulse control room. Take out all of the romulans that you see.+ + Aye, sir+ came the reply.   Tommy looked back at his screen to see a new group of invaders appear on deck three.{ Oh shit! } thought Tommy as he saw his screens go out. Turning to the two groups still in the room he said," We have Romulans headed to the bridge! Let's go!" They ran out of the room to the nearest lift.   *** Deck 3***   Tommy came to ther first bodies soon after leaving the lift. It was a mix of romulan and starfleet crews as they had time to meet the intrudewrs before they died. Up ahead he could hear a mix of firing and screams as the batlle raged." Power max on phasers. Fire as soon as you get shots.Kill them all." They ran ahead, and soon were fighting the rear guard of the Romulan boarding party.  " Try to move forward as soon as you can!" However, it soon became apparent that they were outgunned, as several security techs went down.   Up ahead, Tommy saw the main group of intruders climb up to the 2nd deck. One of the group dropped a small device on the ground. He saw it roll 10 ft.towards him.
